Announcing 50th Reunion Online Activities

As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic forced cancellation of the 2020 Harvard Commencement and all on-site May reunions.  (But note that we fully expect to eventually gather in person a year or so from now.)

Despite the disappointment, the class reunion planning committee has pushed ahead to organize a series of online events during and after the traditional reunion week in Cambridge.  These events give fulfillment to much of the effort that had gone into planning our milestone reunion, particularly in organizing several timely symposia.

You'll find the schedule for these online activities on this website's home page.  Please stay tuned for announcements of additional events.

While recognizing that it is not possible to fully replace the joy of reconnecting face-to-face, the committee will endeavor to make this class website more engaging and informative to help us stay connected.  If you have ideas about interesting content, or want to get involved in this project, please send an email to HRClass1970@gmail.com.  If you haven't done so already, please create your HarvardKey login credentials at key.harvard.edu -- you'll need to be logged in to access content restricted to classmates.

We fully expect that Harvard will eventually select dates for us to hold a reunion on campus in 2021, and will use this web site, along with email and very infrequent US mail communications, to keep you informed.  To keep up-to-date, please make sure that Harvard has your current contact information, particularly your email address.  You can provide or update your contact information at alumni.harvard.edu.
