Experience Moroccan Cuisine at the Next HR70 Cooking Class - Cambridge School of Culinary Arts - Thursday May 3rd, 2018

Join your classmates for a fun evening exploring Moroccan cuisine in the professional kitchens of CSCA in Porter Square.  Don your apron and pitch in under the watchful and helpful eyes of the school's cooking staff to create -- and then enjoy!-- a number of tasty dishes that you will be able to make at home later on.  This is our fourth cooking event (Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian were the prior cuisines), and past participants have had a wonderful time.  Spouses welcome and essential!  The cost of $100 per person covers the entire evening - food, drink, and instruction.  It's quite an experience to be working in a kitchen with a Fryolator, huge ranges, and a whole shelf-full of Cuisinarts  at your disposal!

For more details, contact David Siktberg at dsiktberg@post.harvard.edu or 508-358-8096.  Seating is limited, so be sure to RSVP to reserve your place.  We will email you a confirmation with more details.  Walk-ins not allowed, as the school has to purchase food and set up the space beforehand.  Payment in advance will be appreciated, but since this alumni site no longer lets us take credit card payments, you can use checks, cash, or credit cards at the door.
